Daily Wellness Report: 5.6.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 106

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s): 1 regular morning poo.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  1 banana.  2 small pieces of peanut butter toast.

LUNCH: 1 bologna/cheese sandwich w/ Miracle Whip.  Cornchips.  4 of my beloved chocolate cookies.

DINNER: 1 Lunchable (bologna/ cheese/ crackers/ mini-Butterfinger bar).  1 Chiquita snack pack (cheese, cashews, craisins, sliced apples).

SNACKS: Hot chocolate in the evening.  Pretzel balls in the evening.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  450 push-ups (back up to the top).  500 ab crunches/sit ups.  Free weights.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS:  3800+

WRITING: This blog.  A blog for my screenwriting site:  Follow Your Gut.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minute meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS:  Phone call w/ friends, just to catch up.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Nada.

OTHER / MISC.:  I recorded a 47th  episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No. 

Not much in the way of anxiety, which is always a welcome thing.
