Daily Wellness Report: 5.8.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 130.  A slight increase.  No surprise, as I skipped my workout yesterday.  Back at it today!

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s): 1 regular morning poo.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  1 banana.  3 small pieces of peanut butter toast.

LUNCH: 1 Lunchable (bologna, cheese, crackers, mini-Butterfinger).  A handful of cornchips.  4 chocolate cookies.

DINNER: 'twas Friday, so ordered our weekly pizza delivery.  2 pieces of pepperoni pizza.  7 chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

SNACKS: Afternoon snack: 5 chocolate chip cookies.  Evening snacks:  cranberry/peanut/almost/raisin/sunflower seed trail mix.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  450 push-ups.  350 sit-ups / ab crunches (was feeling a bit overheated right at the end of the workout, so cut out early).  Cardio via Beach Body / Power 90.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS:  5200+

WRITING: This blog. 

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.

***For future reference, since my therapy has officially ended, I'll just be putting this down as "meditation" and noting under that heading.  

SOCIAL OUTINGS:  None.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Cleaned the toilet.

OTHER / MISC.:  I recorded a 49th  episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No. 

Pretty low on the ol' anxiety meter today.
