Daily Wellness Report: 5.1.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 121. A slight increase from yesterday's number, but nothing dramatic.  As long as I continue downward, or sorta level out (in light of these new lower doses of meds), I think it's a win.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s): 1 regular morning poo.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  2 small pieces of peanut butter toast.

LUNCH: 1 Lunchable (turkey/cheese/crackers/2 Oreos).

DINNER:  It's Friday, thus we ordered our usual delivery.  Pizza again tonight.  Gobbled up four pieces of pepperoni/onion pizza.  2 pudding cups for dessert.

SNACKS: Mid morning snack: 1 Nutrigrain breakfast bar.  Afternoon snack: Swiss Miss hot chocolate with milk.  Evening snack: 1 pear.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  450 push-ups.  500 sit-ups/ab crunches.  Free weights.  Also went for a walk today, down to Vine and back.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS:  Just over 8500.

WRITING: This blog.  Nothing else.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: Nada.

SOCIAL OUTINGS:  Hour long walk.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: Have neglected to notate (over the past two nights) that I've begun Peter Benchley's The Deep, so have been reading that.  Will do some more tonight, after logging off.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Took out the recyclables.

OTHER / MISC.:  I did some updates on my website.

I recorded a 42nd  episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No. 

Surprisingly, anxiety was present while out for the walk, but not very bad.  No poo anxiety.  Was nice to get out, but using the masks causes its own kind of anxiety/claustrophobia.  But it is what it is.
