Daily Wellness Report: 3.11.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.

MORNING SUGAR: 164.  Certainly too high, but I finished up this season's small batch of Girl Scout Cookies, meaning they're not sitting around anymore, begging me to consume them.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):  2 BMs this morning.  Luckily, things seem to be on more solid ground, as opposed to the past two days of continuous diarrhea.  Yay!

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  1 Belvita breakfast biscuit.  2 pieces of peanut butter toast.

LUNCH:  1 ham/cheese sandwich.  Several handfuls of chips.  2 scoops of cottage cheese.  1 Cadbury creme egg (they're almost gone).

DINNER: 2 helpings of angel hair pasta and red meat sauce.  1 banana for dessert.  

SNACKS: A whole day later (penning the remainder of this blog a day late), so unsure of what random snacks I consumed yesterday.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  Power 90 / Beach Body cardio workout.  500 ab crunches / sit-ups.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS:  Approx. 4500, but I believe more -- as my smart watch konked out early in the day.

WRITING: This blog.  Worked through 9 pages on the third draft of "Trip".  Finished the third draft and sent it off to my readers.

THERAPY HOMEWORK:  None.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: Groceries.  Chiropractor.  Stop at CVS.  No "social" outings, per se.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Grocery run.  Took out the trash & recyclables.

OTHER / MISC.:  Visit to the chiropractor.

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS? Nope.

Anxiety pretty high.  No doubt due to the Coronavirus constant announcements of bad news.
