Daily Wellness Report 3.23.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 9 hours.

MORNING SUGAR: 127.  Slight increase from yesterday morning.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):  1 regular morning BM.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  2 pieces of peanut butter toast.

LUNCH:  Lunchables (ham, cheese, crackers, 2 cookies).

DINNER: Shells and cheese with chopped onion and hot dogs.  

SNACKS: Evening snack:  Handful of chips.  Afternoon snack: granola bar.  Morning snack: Nutrigrain breakfast bar.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  60 push-ups.  300 ab crunches / sit-ups.  Power 90 / Beach Body cardio workout.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: Just over 4900 steps.

WRITING: This blog.  Nothing else.

THERAPY HOMEWORK:  20 minutes of regular (not writing) meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: Didn't leave the house.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None. 

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Vacuumed the bedroom.

OTHER / MISC.:  I recorded a second episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS? No.

Other than some raw (and unexpected) emotion, as a result of my 20 minute meditation today, where there was some crying -- not much anxiety today.  But there is the lingering spectre of anxiety, as we are planning to go out and get gas and a few groceries tomorrow.  Ugh.
