SNACKS: Several handfuls of peanuts. 2 granola bars (throughout the day).

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  110 push-ups.  500 ab crunches / sit-ups.  Still just the basics.  Hoping to do some cardio tomorrow.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS:   As I'm about to log off for the evening, 8551.

WRITING: This blog.  And nothing else.

THERAPY HOMEWORK:  None.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: Morning grocery runs.  Successful trips to both the 99Cent Store and Ralphs.  We're well stocked on the necessities, should this quarantine go on for a while.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None today, but perhaps after I log off.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Grocery shopping.  3 loads of laundry.  Took down recyclables.

OTHER / MISC.:  N/A.

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No.

We went out into the world and braved the pandemic.  Surprisingly, the stores weren't packed, and other than NO TOILET PAPER, we were able to get most of what we needed, including dairy, fresh produce and bread.

I was quite anxious going out, not sure of what we were going to experience (pushy people, long lines, short supplies), but it ended up not being that bad.
