Daily Wellness Report: 4.10.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.

MORNING SUGAR: 111.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):  1 BM this morning (happy that yesterday's "back-up" ended).

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas, 2 pieces of peanut butter / cinnamon toast.

LUNCH: We ordered pizza for delivery.  Had 2 pieces.

DINNER:  Leftover pizza, baby!  Another 2 slices!

SNACKS: Afternoon snack: 8 of my beloved chocolate cookies.  A couple of chips.  Evening snack: microwave popcorn and 1 granola bar.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  200 push-ups.  400 ab crunches/sit-ups (didn't do the usual, as had a little back pain, so didn't want to make it worse).  Cardio via Power 90 / Beach Body.  

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: 5454

WRITING: This blog.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: None.

MEDITATIVE WRITING:  None.

READING: Perhaps after I log off...

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Cleaned the toilet.

OTHER / MISC.:  

I recorded a 21st episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No.

Pretty anxiety-free day. Ordered in pizza, watched a couple of our shows in the evening... very little else done today... perhaps I neede it.
