Daily Wellness Report: 4.11.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 9.5 hours.

MORNING SUGAR: 87.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):  1 regular BM this morning.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas, 2 pieces of peanut butter toast.  1 strawberry/banana yogurt.

LUNCH: Leftover pizza from yesterday - had 3 slices.

DINNER:  Dinner was a variety of items.  A package of Ramen.  A small pack of chicken salad w/ crackers.  Several chips.  Dessert?  I don't think so...

SNACKS: Afternoon snack: 8 of my beloved chocolate cookies.  Evening snack: several handfuls of peanuts.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  250 push-ups (upped the ante again!).  500 ab crunches/sit-ups.  Free weights.  

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: Just shy of 4k.

WRITING: This blog.  Worked through 23 pages on the 5th draft of "Trip".

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: None.

MEDITATIVE WRITING:  None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Emptied the dishwasher.

OTHER / MISC.:  Double "War" feature this evening, of The War of the Roses and Spielberg's War of the Worlds.

I recorded a 22nd episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

Pretty low anxiety day.  Nothing of note to, well... make note of.
