Daily Wellness Report: 4.26.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 129.  Too high, but better than yesterday and only the second day of my insulin and Empagliflozin dose decreases.  So hopefully it's leveling out.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s): 1 regular morning BM.

BREAKFAST: 1.5 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  2 pieces of peanut butter toast.  1 banana.

LUNCH: 3 pieces of leftover pizza.  Several Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies.

DINNER: 1 turkey/cheese sandwich with mayo.  Some sort of dessert?  Don't recall.  

SNACKS: Afternoon snack: 10 Chips Ahoy (yes, in addition to my lunch dessert).  And 1 Lunchable (ham/cheese/crackers/mini-Nestle Crunch bar).  A handful of peanuts as evening snack.  1 pear.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  400 push-ups.  500 sit-ups/ab crunches.  Free weights.  Slowly increasing the reps on my weights.  Hoping to increase weight in the near future.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: Just over 3700.

WRITING: This blog.  Nothing else.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: None.

SOCIAL OUTINGS:  None.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: None.

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No. 

Other than some ongoing irritability today, nothing particularly noteworthy.  Felt very unproductive today, so beating myself up for that.
