Daily Wellness Report: 4.20.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 99.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):   1 regular morning BM.  And then had another one an hour later (apparently it was my "purge" day).  

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  3 pieces of peanut butter toast.

LUNCH: 1 turkey / Colby Jack cheese sandwich.  Corn chips.  2 pudding cups.

DINNER: Spinach pasta with red sauce (four cheese). 

SNACKS: Evening snack: 1 granola bar, several Funyons, 2 Belvita breakfast biscuits, 1 small glass of milk.  Mid-morning snack: 1 Chiquita snack pack (pretzels, sliced apples, cheese).


EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  400 push-ups (today marked a move up from 300 to 400).  500 sit-ups/ab crunches.  Free weights.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: 8pm:  Calling it.  Close to 4200 steps today.

WRITING: This blog.  Nothing else.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: None.

MEDITATIVE WRITING:  None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: None.

OTHER / MISC.:  I recorded a 31st episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No.

Pretty chill day as far as anxiety, but was totally unproductive.  Had a headache all afternoon, so didn't do my usual Zoom call w/ my writer's group.  Napped twice today.  Overall, just a pretty "meh" day in every regard.
