Daily Wellness Report: 4.6.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours (again, I think that's about right -- been terribly tough to sorta keep track).

MORNING SUGAR: 112.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):  1 regular morning BM.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  2 pieces of buttered toast.  1 Jimmy Dean breakfast bowl (from frozen), with ham, potatoes, eggs, cheese and broccoli.

LUNCH: 1 can of ham/bean soup (was super good!), several handfuls of corn chips.  1 small apple.

DINNER: Spinach pasta with Italian sausage/tomato sauce.   

SNACKS: Evening snack:  several handfuls of peanuts, 1 cheese dip/sticks snack pack.  Afternoon snack: 8 of my fave chocolate cookies, with a small glass of milk.  Somewhere in the day, several handfuls of chocolate drizzled popcorn.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  150 push-ups.  500 ab crunches/sit-ups.  Free weights.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: 5900+.

WRITING: This blog.  Finished yesterday's blog.  No other writing.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: Zoom call w/ my writer's group - close to two hours, reading new writings and offering feedback.  Third week in a row!  An excellent way to stay connected and to be accountable for getting some writing done!  :)

MEDITATIVE WRITING:  None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Re-organized some drawers in the bedroom, to accommodate some new thermal shirts the other half ordered for me.

OTHER / MISC.:  I recorded a 17th episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No.

With new news today, California recommending that even grocery shopping should be avoided, if possible -- I had some anxiety today.  We've chosen to hold off on a grocery run this week, as we're plenty stocked (aside from perhaps some fresh produce).

Just uneasy for much of the day, despite meditation, exercise and Zoom socializing.
