Daily Wellness Report: 4.28.20

Tonight's screening:  All About Eve.
PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 6 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 127.  Down from yesterday, not by much, but down is good!

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s): 2 this morning!  Holy smokes!

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  1 banana.  And 2 pieces of peanut butter/cinnamon toast.

LUNCH: 1 turkey/cheese sandwich w/ mayo.  2 pudding cups for dessert  Hot fries.

DINNER:   Pasta w/ mushroom tomato sauce. 2 pudding cups for dessert.

SNACKS: Afternoon snack:  Cup of Swiss Miss with milk.  Evening snack, a helluva lot of Funyons.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  450 push-ups.  500 sit-ups/ab crunches.  Free weights.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: 5200+

WRITING: This blog.  Worked through 34 pages on the updated draft of my script, "Mom Died".

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minute meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS:  1-hour phone call w/ my friend, helping her w/ a self-tape audition and just catching up.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Took out the trash and the recycling.

OTHER / MISC.:  More updating on IMDb and on my website.

I recorded a 39th episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No. 

Pretty easy-going day as far as anxiety.  Watched All About Eve tonight w/ the other half -- only a second screening for both of us.
