PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.
MORNING SUGAR: 114.
BOWEL MOVEMENT (s): 1 regular morning BM.
BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas, 1 banana. 2 pieces of peanut butter toast.
LUNCH: 1 sandwich w/ bologna and Colby Jack cheese. Several handfuls of cornchips. 2 pudding cups.
DINNER: Ordered Panda Express delivery. Fried rice with Sweetfire chicken and orange chicken. Fortune cookie for dessert.
SNACKS: Afternoon snack: 1 Chiquita snack pack (sliced apples, cheese, pretzels). Evening snack, 8 cookies and a small glass of milk.
EXERCISE: Full body stretch. 300 push-ups. 500 sit-ups/ab crunches. Cardio, via Beach Body / Power 90.
TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: 6231.
WRITING: This blog. 3 new pages on my script, "Bear". Worked through 30 pages on the sixth and final draft of "Trip".
THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.
SOCIAL OUTINGS: None.
MEDITATIVE WRITING: 30 minutes, resulting in 3 new pages on my script, "Bear".
READING: None.
HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Cleaned the toilet. The other half took out the recyclables and the trash.
OTHER / MISC.: I recorded a 28th episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".
