Daily Wellness Report: 4.21.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 9 hours.

MORNING SUGAR: 108.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):   1 regular morning BM.  And then a second about an hour later (same as yesterday, I believe).

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  1 Jimmy Dean breakfast bowl (ham, eggs, cheese, potatoes, onion, broccoli).

LUNCH: 1 Lunchable (cheese, crackers, turkey, Butterfinger mini).  1 turkey/Colby Jack cheese sandwich w/ mayo.  I feel there was a dessert in here too, but don't recall what... perhaps a couple of pudding cups?

DINNER: Leftover pasta.  That didn't do much for me (small portion and didn't taste great), so had 2 pieces of peanut butter toast.

SNACKS: Evening snack: 1 snack bag of plantain chips.  1 Chiquita snack pack (raisins, cashews, cheese, sliced apples).  Afternoon delight:  1 cup of Swiss Miss hot chocolate.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  400 push-ups.  500 sit-ups/ab crunches.  Cardio via Power 90 / Beach Body.  Went out for a nice walk as well.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: Pushing 11k steps today (thanks to the walk as well as the regular exercise).

WRITING: This blog.  Nothing else.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: None.

MEDITATIVE WRITING:  None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: I don't think I did much of anything chore-wise today.  Oh well.

OTHER / MISC.:  Worked on an editing/consulting project for a friend.  For my business, I offered a freebie of 10 pages edited w/ notes, to hopefully drum up some business.

Movie double feature tonight:  Sunset Blvd. and the original The Fog.  Oddball double feature, yes!  :)

I recorded a 32nd episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

Here's a link to said episode:

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No.  But there was a little bit of poo anxiety mixed in with generalized anxiety for our walk this morning.  Nothing detrimental, and hopefully it'll lessen the more we get out -- but it was certainly heightened when out on the empty streets.
