Daily Wellness Report: 4.27.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8.5 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 129 again - exactly the same as yesterday.  Needs to go down, but the fact that it didn't go up -- nifty!

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s): 1 regular morning BM.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas.  2 pieces of peanut butter toast.  1 banana.  1 cheese-stick.

LUNCH: 1 Lunchable (turkey/cheese/crackers), a helping of cottage cheese.  Several Chips Ahoy and 2 pudding cups for dessert.

DINNER:   Small chicken ceasar salad.  1 bologna/cheese sandwich w/ mayo.  2 pudding cups.  A handful of hot fries.

SNACKS: Afternoon delight:  a cup of Swiss Miss (made w/ milk instead of water).  1 pear.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  450 push-ups (another increase, from 400 to 450).  500 sit-ups/ab crunches.  Cardio via Power 90 / Beach Body.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: 4600+

WRITING: This blog.

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minute meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS:  2-hour Zoom call w/ my writer's group.

MEDITATIVE WRITING: None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Unloaded the dishwasher.

OTHER / MISC.:  Began writing a shot list for my short film, Chair.  Also reached out to a friend for potential assistance on said short film.  Also spent a good deal of time today (and the last few days), updating my IMDb page and my website, which is certainly slow going.

I recorded a 38th episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  No. 

Pretty easy day as far as anxiety.  Nothing of note.
