Daily Wellness Report: 4.18.20

PRIOR NIGHT’S SLEEP: Approximately 8 hours.  

MORNING SUGAR: 139.  No doubt heightened from my cookie splurge late yesterday afternoon.

BOWEL MOVEMENT (s):   1 regular morning BM.

BREAKFAST: 2 cups of coffee, with cream and 4 total Splendas, 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 cup of milk, 2 Splendas, cinnamon and 1 sliced banana.

LUNCH: I think I had a turkey/cheese sandwich, cornchips and 2 pudding cups.

DINNER:  Since I'm catching up on this one the day after, I don't quite recall what was had for dinner last night.

SNACKS: I'm sure some pudding cups.  Some chips.  Some trail mix.  Also shared a bottle of wine w/ the other half in the evening.

EXERCISE: Full body stretch.  300 push-ups.  500 sit-ups/ab crunches.  Free weights.

TOTAL NO. OF STEPS: Well over 10k, but my smart watch konked out and apparently reset, so no exact numbers.

WRITING: This blog. Worked through about 50 pages on my script, "Trip", and completed the 6th and final draft.  Yay!

THERAPY HOMEWORK: 20 minutes of meditation.

SOCIAL OUTINGS: Went for a walk w/ the other half, down to Vine and back, stopped at the bank.  Needed to get out.  Luckily, not many other folks wandering around.

MEDITATIVE WRITING:  None.

READING: None.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES / PROJECTS: Cleaned the toilet.  I think that was yesterday.  Ugh.

OTHER / MISC.:  I recorded a 29th episode of "Klugula reads his Klassics".

DID I MAKE THE BED?  Yes.

DID I POOP MY PANTS?  On our walk yesterday, I did indeed experience some poo anxiety.  I mean, if there were to be an emergency while out on the walk, it's not as if there are any businesses open on every corner.

But it subsided halfway down to Vine, and then I was pretty much okay, other than overall anxiety about just being out.
